Barbara Ellen Loins was born in St. Joseph, Missouri on June 25, 1978. She was one of three children of Lee Andrew Loins and Phillis Ellen Hayes.
Barbara attended Benton High School in St. Joseph, and later attended college. She worked at RGIS, a Kansas City company; BMS in Elwood, Kansas; and Triumph Foods in St. Joseph, Missouri. She was currently working from home.
Barbara passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at her Oregon, Missouri home at the age of 39.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Barbara is survived by her mother, Phillis Ellen Hayes of St. Joseph; children, Jessica Noble of Oregon, Jasmine Loins of St. Joseph, Missouri, Christopher Loins of St. Joseph, Matthew, Malik, and Brianna Loins of the home; brother, Lee Andrew Loins, Jr. of Phoenix, Arizona; partner, Brian Larison of Gower, Missouri; sister, Shaina (D. J.) Wright of Mound City, Missouri; and five grandchildren, Devarra Hughes, Azriela, Alessandra, and Addelyn Loins, and Jonah Baublit.
Memorial services: Thursday, July 20, 2017, 10:30 am, Chamberlain Funeral Home, Oregon, Missouri. Family will greet friends following the services.
