Betty Ann Mccomb

Betty Ann McComb, 89, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at an Oregon healthcare facility.

Betty Ann was born on March 29, 1930 in Forest City, Missouri. She was the youngest of four children of John Hubert and Winnie Belle (Brodbeck) Wilson.

Betty Ann graduated from Oregon High School and later Maryville State Teachers College. She taught home economics at Oregon for over 30 years.

She married Charles H. “Mickey” McComb on August 1, 1952 and they became parents of two children. He preceded her in death in 2003. She was also preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, George Wilson, Edith Frey, and Erma Adams.

Survivors include her son, Chuck (Ramona) McComb, Maryville, Missouri; daughter, Margaret E. (Stephen) Bragg, Minneapolis, Minnesota; four grandchildren, Jason and Joshua McComb, Grant Bragg, and Claire Edson; six great grandchildren, Ty, Quinn, Tate, and Asher McComb, Aubrey and Spencer Edson; and nieces and nephews.
