Bill G. Howell

Billy G. “Bill” Howell was born on November 12, 1945 in Atchison County, Missouri. Bill attended the Forest City High School, and then served in the US Army from 1965 to 1967.

On Feb. 12, 1966 he married Ingrid M. Kvamso, and they became parents of three children. Bill was a heavy equipment operator for the Holt County road and bridge department.

Bill passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 at a St. Joseph hospital at the age of 66.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Alfred R. and Stella P. (Price) Howell; brothers, Lloyd Lee and Jerry Howell; and sister, Beverly Howell.

Survivors include his wife, Ingrid, of their Oregon home; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Jim Lamme of Bolckow, Missouri; sons, Mark and wife DeeAnn Howell of St. Joseph, and Michael Howell of Oregon and his friend Courtney Loucks of Mound City, Missouri; brothers, Richard Howell of Rock Port, Missouri, Marion and his wife Mary Helen Howell of Oregon; sister, Shirley Fansher of Maryville, Missouri; sister-in-law, Pat Howell of Indianola, Iowa; and four grandchildren, Taryn and Dayton Lamme, and Jessica and Emily Howell.
