Carl R. "Corky" Guyer

Carl Robert "Corky" Guyer, 76, passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Mosaic Life Care hospital.

Corky was born March 12, 1941 to Cleo C. and Katherine L. (Whipple) Guyer in Shenandoah, Iowa. He lived at his parent's Forest City, Mo. home until they passed away. He then lived at the St. Joseph Chateau in St. Joseph, Mo.

In addition to his parents, Corky was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Dale Guyer.

Survivors include his brothers, Terry Guyer of Union Star, Mo. and Glenn Guyer of Easton, Mo.; sisters, Minnie Guyer of Savannah, Mo. and Linda K. Martin of Mound City, Mo.; and cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Corky enjoyed watching Western movies and visiting with neighbors.

Funeral services: Monday, February 26, 2018, 11:00 am, Chamberlain Funeral Home, Oregon. Family will greet friends one hour prior to services. Interment: Maple Grove Cemetery.
