Carroll Lee “Doc” Pfeil was born on December 31, 1944 in Hamburg, Iowa to Herbert L. and M. Muriel (Brindle) Pfeil.
Carroll graduated from Rock Port High School in 1961. He married Sheridan Ann “Sherri” Olson, who passed away in 2000.
In 1967 Carroll opened Pfeil’s Body Shop and Towing.
Carroll passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at an Omaha hospital at the age of 74.
Preceding him in death were his parents; wife; and his sister, Charlotte Pfeil, who passed away in 2015.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Michele Pfeil of Rock Port; daughter and son-in-law, Lydia and Tim Kelley of Kansas City, Missouri; brother, Gary Pfeil of Rock Port; grandchildren, Ashley (Bryce) Matsuo, Colton (Brandi) Pfeil, Brian Pfeil, Alex Pfeil, Addeline Kelley, Eli Kelley, and Finn Kelley; great grandchildren, Brayton and Nora Matsuo, and Jolene Pfeil; and nieces and nephews.
Service: Sunday, May 26, 2019, 3:00 pm, Grace Church. Family visitation: Sunday, 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Grace Church. Inurnment: Hunter Cemetery.
