Charles Raymond “Bud” Lovelady was born on April 30, 1951 in Forest City, Missouri.
He was one of twelve children of Charles Thomas and Marjorie Ellen (Rasnic)
Lovelady.
He passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at his St. Joseph home at the
age of 61.
Preceding him in death were his parents; two brothers, Donald Francis Lovelady
and an infant; and four sisters, Ruby and Stella Lovelady, Goldie Jean Kluge, and
Eva Marie Todd.
Survivors include one brother, Howard Lovelady of Kansas City; four sisters,
Elma Muse of St. Joseph, Missouri, Doris Lovelady of Topeka, Kansas, Ida
Nadine Lovelady of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Laura Jo Cloyd of
Evansville, Indiana; and nieces and nephews.
Bud loved dogs and being outdoors. He attended the Big Lake Baptist Church.
Services were held on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Chamberlain
Funeral Home in Oregon. Memorials may be directed to the Charles Lovelady Memorial, in care of the
funeral home.
