Curtis M. Hayzlett

Curtis Marvin Hayzlett was born on June 14, 1929 to Carl W. and Mady N. (Bomar) Hayzlett.

Curtis enjoyed stickers, playing dominos, and getting mail. He attended the Nazarene Church.

Curtis passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at a St. Joseph, Missouri hospital at the age of 85.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Carl, Claud and Carol Hayzlett; and sister, Alice L. Noble.

Survivors include his brother, Clyde Melvin Hayzlett of Forest City, Missouri; two sisters, Mary F. Plummer of Forest City, and Mavis F. Mackey of St. Joseph; brother-in-law, Harvey Noble of  Louisburg, Kansas; 14 nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.

Services: Monday, Sept. 15, 2014, 1:00 pm, Chamberlain Funeral Home, Oregon. Family greeted friends from 11:00 am until noon. Interment: Antioch Cemetery, Fillmore, Missouri.
