Darlene Grace Cain was born on February 4, 1929 in New Point, Missouri to Delmar O. and Grace E. (Keaster) Moore.
She was a lifelong resident of New Point, where she graduated from high school. Darlene then attended Gard Business School in St. Joseph.
On October 30, 1948 she married Howard Cain in Kansas City, Missouri, and they became parents of two children.
Darlene passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Tiffany Heights in Mound City. She was 93 years old.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and brother, Warren Owen Moore.
Survivors include her son, Tom (Sharon) Cain; daughter, Debbie (Bob) Wolfe; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Private graveside services were held at New Point Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
