David A. Schank

David A. Schank, 42, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at his St. Joseph, Missouri home.

He was born on November 7, 1978 in St. Joseph to Cordell and Patricia (Bush) Schank. David graduated from Savannah High School, and then attended Missouri Western State University. He worked at the Buchanan County Academy and the Department of Corrections.

Preceding him in death was his father. Survivors include his mother, Patricia; half brothers, Russell (Wendi) Schank of Overland Park, Kansas, Roger (Lorey) Schank of St. Joseph, Randy (Shelly) Schank, of St. Joseph, Kenneth (LaDonna) Jones of Oregon, Missouri and Steven Jones of Savannah; half sister, Theresa Pfleiderer of Savannah; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial: Thursday, September 9, 2021, 6:00 pm, St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Forest City, Missouri. Inurnment: Maple Grove Cemetery.
