Flora Darlene Budine

Flora Darlene Budine, 78, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at her Forest City, Missouri home.

She was born on May 18, 1943 in Jefferson, Missouri to Earl E. and Doris H. (Lawson) Wilfong. Flora attended Forest City High School.

Flora was preceded in death by her parents, Earl E. Wilfong and Doris H. Sinclair; two husbands, Robert L. Kempin, Sr., and Robert Rule; an infant daughter, Tamera Kempin; an infant grandchild; brother, Winston Wilson; and sister, Joyce Carver.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Budine of their Forest City home; children, Robert (Jennifer) Kempin, Jr., of Nortonville, Kansas, and Glenda Reichle, Kathleen (Randy) McCrae, and Jason (Amy) Rule, all of Atchison, Kansas; brother, Gerald "Butch" Wilson of Forest City; sister, Dorothy (Virgil) Fletchall of St. Joseph, Missouri; 12 grandchildren, Emily, Jessica, Jacob, Jeff, Courtney, Mike, Mark, Jeremy, Robert, Crystal, Jeff N., and Alex; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Agency Community Center in Agency, Missouri at noon on Saturday, May 28, 2022.
