Frances Millsap

Frances Millsap, 97, of Rock Port, passed away Dec. 28, 2016 at a Rock Port care center.

She was born on June 9, 1919 in the Milton community of Atchison County. Frances graduated from Corning High School and attended Tarkio College.

She married Orval “Ted” Millsap on March 29, 1942 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He preceded her in death in 1986.

Frances was also preceded by her parents, Clemon O. and Emma L. (Martin) Van Gundy; brothers, Dick and Bill VanGundy; sister, Virginia Rhoades; and great grandchildren, Devin Millsap and Kevin Beck.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Betty Millsap, Tarkio, Mo.; sister, Dorothy Jean Bradley, Auburn, Neb.; three grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
