Halbert “Hal” M. Nauman was born on June 13, 1946 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Ray W. and Lela (Murray) Nauman.
After high school Hal held several jobs, including working as a cabinet maker alongside his brother, H.J. Nauman.
Hal passed away on Friday, May 1, 2020 at a Mound City care center at the age of 73.
Proceeding him in death were his parents; brother, Herbert “H.J.” Nauman; sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Harold “Curly” Eller; sister-in-law, Nancy Nauman; and niece, Katheryn “Kathy” and her husband Jacob “Chip” Lehmer.
Survivors include his brother, Hubert “Hugh” Nauman of Mound City; and nieces and nephews, Dallas, Tracy, James, Allen, Staci, Becky, and Carmen.
Hal was a member of the Mound City Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing. Hal looked forward to taking his nieces and nephews to the Craig Reunion each year.
