He was born on August 7, 1951 to John W. and Irene (Vertin) Hutchison.
Johnny worked as a mechanic for Wire Rope Corporation for 40 years, retiring in August of 2016. He was a member of the Steelworkers Union, Local #5783, and served as their financial secretary.
In 1976 he married Kim Tucker. She survives of their home. He is also survived by daughters, Jennifer Shultz, Danielle Ward, Tammy Killin and Lisa Hummer; three grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Harmon and Connie Shook; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Service: 2 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the Chamberlain Funeral Home in Oregon, Missouri, where the family will greet friends beginning at 12:30 p.m. Interment at Maple Grove Cemetery, Oregon.
