Kenneth Lee Davis, Sr.

Kenneth L. Davis, Sr., was born May 15, 1956 in Auburn, Neb. to Orville and Marjorie (Moren) Davis.

On Oct. 7, 1995 he married Shelley Lynn Halm in Rock Port, Mo.

Kenneth worked in construction, and was a member of the Omaha Construction Industry Union, and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 1055.

Kenneth passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at a Mound City care center at the age of 62.

Preceding him in death were his parents; daughters, Kelsey Lynn and Kailee Sue; and sister-in-law, Tami Davis.

Survivors include his wife, Shelley, of their Mound City home; son, Kenneth Lee “Kenny” Davis, Jr. of Mound City; brothers, Arthur Davis and Fred (Theora) Davis, all of Mound City; sisters, Kay (Dennis) Moline of Meade, Neb., and Mary (Jay) Collier of Billings, Montana; and nieces and nephews.

Family visitation: Sunday, October 14, 2018, 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Chamberlain Funeral Home, Mound City. Services: Monday, October 15, 2018, 11:00 am, also at Chamberlain Funeral Home, Mound City. Interment: New Liberty Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the funeral home to help with expenses.
