Larry E. Edwards

Larry E. Edwards, age 65, of Savannah, Mo. passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at a St. Joseph nursing home.

Larry was born in St. Joseph on Feb. 2, 1958 to Charles H. and Betty J. (Jones) Edwards. He graduated from Shenandoah High School, Shenandoah, Iowa in 1976.

After high school Larry joined the U.S. Air Force and served for 17 years. After the service he worked as a commercial truck driver and diesel mechanic. While living in Savannah he worked at Green Hills and Brother grocery stores.

Preceding him in death were his parents. Survivors include brothers, Charles (Jean) Edwards of St. Louis, Mo. and Paul (April) Edwards of Oregon, Mo.; many nieces and nephews; plus his Aunt Skippy, Aunt Pete, and Uncle Gary.
