Larry E. Miller

Larry E. Miller, 70, of Oregon, passed away August 7, 2017 at his Oregon home.

Larry was born March 14, 1947, one of three children of Fred and Diona (Dillon) Miller. Larry graduated from Oregon High School in 1965.

On August 3, 1968 he married A. Sue Gordon, and they became parents of one daughter.

Larry was retired from Construction Laborers, Local 579 of St. Joseph, Mo.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his brother, Jimmy D. Miller.

Survivors include his wife, Sue, of their Oregon home; their daughter, Missy, of Tracy, Mo.; sister, Nancy (Charlie) Mercer of Atchison, Kan.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family visitation: Thursday, August 10, 2017, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Chamberlain Funeral Home, Oregon. Services: Friday, August 11, 2017, 10:30 am, United Methodist Church, Forest City, Mo.  Interment: Maple Grove Cemetery, Oregon. Memorials may be directed to the church.

For those escorting the funeral procession on their motorcycle, please park in the Forest City’s City Hall parking lot.
