Pauline Frances “Polly” Wilson was born on December 12, 1917 in Oregon, Missouri to Guy Harold and Onie (Baker) Plummer.
After graduating from Oregon High School she graduated from Platte Business College in St. Joseph, Missouri.
She moved to California where she met and married Rudolph Wilson. She became a real estate broker and investor both locally and in California.
Polly peacefully passed in her beloved Los Angeles home on February 20, 2015 after a long and happy life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy Harold Plummer and Onie Coffman; her brother, Gerald Plummer; half sister, Floy Eleanor Coffman; stepsisters, Thelma Bailey and Wilma Henry; and stepbrother, Avon Coffman.
Survivors include her children, Steve Wilson and Marla Wilson; grandchildren, Justin Wilson, Tracy Wilson, Matthew Wilson, Adam Wilson, Lia Wilson, and Reanna LaGambina; five great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, along with generations of squirrels and birds that she so lovingly fed.
Polly deeply loved her family and friends. She touched the hearts of so many with her generosity and perpetually positive outlook on life.
Services: Friday, Feb. 27, 2015, 10:30 am, Chamberlain Funeral Home, Oregon. Interment: Maple Grove Cemetery.
