Raymond D. Blackwell, 50, passed away at his Oregon, Missouri home on Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017.
Raymond was born on Feb. 19, 1967 in San Jose, California to Thomas R. and Diane L. (Kennedy) Blackwell. Raymond attended East Buchanan High School in St. Joseph, Mo., and later earned his GED.
On Sept. 2, 1993 he married Sherri Sipes in Oregon. She survives of their Oregon home.
Preceding Raymond in death was his father. In addition to his wife, survivors include his mother, Diane Blackwell, of Savannah, Mo.; sons, Randy (Nikki) Delp of Kansas City, Mo., Dillon (Carmen) Mudd of Oregon, and Dalton Blackwell of Kansas City, Mo.; daughters, Ashley (Dustin) Bomar and Abby D. Blackwell, all of Oregon; sisters, Sheila (Mark) Barnett of Forest City, Mo., Brandy (Spencer) Sisk of Forest City, and Christie Blackwell of Kansas City, Mo.; and four grandchildren.
