Wanda L. Rydberg

Wanda Lee Rydberg was born on March 11, 1962 to Albert L. and Myrna G. (Honea) Parrish in Falls City, Nebraska.

On April 11, 1981 she married Daniel Williams, Sr. They later divorced.

Wanda worked as a CNA at nursing homes, including Tiffany Heights in Mound City.

Wanda passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021 at her Mound City home.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Alan Parrish; and an infant sister, Anita Lou Parrish.

Survivors include her son, Daniel Williams, Jr. of Burlington, Washington; daughters, Amanda (James) Honea of Mound City, and Nina (James) Medlock of Burlington; brothers, Archie Parrish of Stella, Nebraska and Walter “Bud” Parrish of Auburn, Nebraska; sister, Leah Johnson of Auburn; grandchildren, Dalton Honea, Atayha (Ryan) Hays, Dylan Honea, Dakota Messick (Madison Patterson), Devin Honea, and Abby Honea; and four great grandchildren, Luna, Amelia, Alayha, and Daxton.

Wanda was a great cook, and excelled at cake baking. She enjoyed woodworking, arts and crafts, and fishing.
